How to track my order ?
A notification via text message or email with your tracking link will be sent to you within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order.
How to cancel my order ?
Your orders are sent directly to our workshops to be processed as quickly as possible. Cancellation therefore depends on the status of your order. If it has already been processed by our teams, unfortunately it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
However, if your order has not yet been sent to production, we can cancel it on request. To do so, please contact our customer support team by email as soon as possible.

Delivery

Shipping Policy
Turnaround
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 6:00pm EST.
Depending on your location and inventory, your order could take up to 4 weeks to arrive. 
 
Carriers
We may use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
  • Chronopost
  • Colissimo
  • DPD
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
How can I change my delivery address ?
Your orders are immediately forwarded to our workshop. However, you can change the delivery information when you receive a shipping notification from them, usually 24 to 48 business hours after your order. Keep an eye out for this notification by email or text message (depending on the contact details you provided at the time of purchase). 
Once your order is in transit, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change the destination. If you have chosen delivery to a pick-up point, it is not possible to change the destination.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Exchanges and returns
If you purchased your product from a retailer, please contact them to find out their exchange and refund policy. We cannot exchange or return products purchased from one of our retailers.
If you purchased your product in a store, please go directly to the store to make an exchange or receive a store credit, as refunds are not possible. Returns are accepted within 14 days.
Please note that limited edition brushes can be returned but are not exchangeable, while engraved brushes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
For orders placed on our website, please follow the procedure outlined here, subject to our return policy:
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your return or exchange.
How can I track my return ?
Once your package has been returned, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for it to be processed. Each product is checked by hand and each order is processed individually, allowing for a personalized return. You will receive an email notification once it has been validated. 
The refund time varies depending on the bank, but you should receive it within 10 business days after receiving the email notification mentioned above. If this is not the case, please do not hesitate to contact us.
